Goal

Our goal is to inspire children through artistic materials. Clay and paint will provide the excitement a child needs to perform at their best. There are wonderful artists I'd love to introduce to them while using these imagination boosters.  

What will be done with my students

I will provide guided art lessons using clay and paint. Clay is the most sought after material in art class. Paint is also a material that very few children have at home. I want to provide my students with hope that they can still achieve greatness in art. Air dry clay is perfect since every child will be learning from home. Having their own paint sets will give them a sense of individualism.  

Benefits to my students

You are only limited by your own imagination, but imagine not having the supplies necessary to bring your ideas to life. The benefit to my students will be a sense of normalcy in these tough times. Clay and paint are the top two materials that children get the most excited about. They will have a positive outlet, ability to express their emotions, and a sense of confidence that can only be obtained through these materials. Thank you so much for your help.  

Budget Narrative

The total will provide individual sets for each child while they are learning from home. When we go back to school, they will have their own paint sets since we won't be able to share any materials.
