Impact to My Classroom

# of Students Impacted: 20

Oh my goodness, I don’t even know where to begin! My students were so beyond excited when they saw those boxes from Wonder Workshop come in and the iPads and what not. The sheer joy on their faces are indescribable. They were adamant on naming them and they decided on Wall-E & Eve, Hiccup & Toothless, Google, and Twitch. These bots have so much personality and my kids are loving the coding process with them. They love using the competition mat to complete the missions, or just learning to drive it around. I truly enjoy seeing the teamwork and collaboration it promotes as they work together to solve the missions or just using the iPads and the Wonder Workshop apps to make the dash bot do many different things. They love using the iPads to do research or even to review for stage testing by using Kahoot! I want to thank you so much for giving my students this amazing opportunity to delve into the world of computer science and using technology they may not ever experience otherwise! Your contribution will forever be appreciated!
