Goal

The goal of the project is to get a color printer for my classroom so that my AP students can get color images and my Photography students can submit their work to competitions.

What will be done with my students

The project will benefit many students in the art department. My photography students will be able to print their work to be able to submit to art shows and get recognized for their work. My AP Art History kids need color images to be able to properly study their artworks in preparation of the AP exam. The only way to get them the physical color images is to have a color printer. I have tried to get one through the school, and my requests have been denied. A color printer is essential to the art department.

Benefits to my students

The outcome of this would be that my students have the technology that is necessary to the respective classes they are in. It is a necessity in an art room, and for AP Art History I can expect to see better test scores and for Photography I expect to see more buy in into the class.

Budget Narrative

The cost is just the printer.
