Goal
To provide "books in hand" to our students.
What will be done with my students
Our school's book machine has provided over 1,000 books a year to students. We use the book machine as part of our school's incentive program. Having self-selected books in hands makes a big difference in a student's love for reading.
Benefits to my students
Having the machine filled with diverse and interesting books fosters the love of reading. If our students continue to have a diverse selection of books to choose from, the students will be reading. This will increase their ability to succeed in all subjects and grades, fostering life-long readers and learners.
