Goal
The project goal for this grant is to restore the course books that the Culinary Arts 1 program has.
What will be done with my students
The project benefit for this grant will enable each student to have a book to use without interruption. Our books are currently in a humble state with only 7 being of quality. This grant will increase the overall experience that each student receives in this course positively.

The books cost $76 each. With the full grant we could purchase up to twenty-three books if tax isn't included.
